1. About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases of digital products (PDF masterclasses) from MarketPulse and to your use of this website.
2. Products
Our products are digital educational PDFs. They are delivered electronically after successful payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are a single one-off payment unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely by a third-party provider. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and your access is sent. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, in which case you will be refunded in full.
4. Delivery
Access to your PDF is provided immediately or within a short time after payment. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact support@marketpulse.com.
5. Licence & intellectual property
On purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own education. All content, branding and materials remain the property of MarketPulse.
- You may not copy, share, resell, upload, publish or otherwise distribute the files.
- You may not use the content to create competing products or courses.
- We may withdraw access and take action if these terms are breached.
6. Educational purposes only: no financial advice
All content is for general educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our Risk Disclosure.
7. No guarantee of results
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. We make no promise or guarantee of profit. Any examples are illustrative and do not represent typical results.
8. Refunds & your rights
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPulse is not liable for any trading losses or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for unlawful purposes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date shown above.
